Meet Elaine, the mum behind the buns
Elaine is a trained chef and lifelong professional baker. She has made hundreds of wedding cakes for brides and run several businesses baking treats for dogs. Now she's putting all that experience into one thing: the most delicious, fluffy cinnamon buns for Yorkshire, each one baked by hand, by her.

Elaine has been baking for as long as she can remember, and she's been doing it professionally for her whole working life. A trained chef and lifelong professional baker, she has created hundreds of wedding cakes over the years, each one made for a bride's big day with the kind of care and precision that only experience brings.
Along the way she has also owned several businesses making dog treats and biscuits, so even the four-legged locals have had a taste of her baking.
Cinnabunmum is Elaine's newest venture, and perhaps her most personal. It's simple: she wants to make the most delicious, fluffy, tasty cinnamon buns for the people of Yorkshire. Every bun is made by hand, by Elaine herself. She rolls the dough, adds the cinnamon filling, bakes each batch and finishes it with icing.
The 'mum' in Cinnabunmum says it all. These are buns baked the way someone who cares would bake them for you: generously, lovingly, and fresh for your table.
